What ages is it for?

The system is made for kids about 1 to 6. Each of the seven charts has a Little one column (about 1–2) and a Big one column (about 3–6) on the same page. Choose the column that fits each child.

Do I have to use all seven routines?

No. Pick the routine that feels hardest right now and hang its chart. Everything else is optional, and you can add another chart later.
